Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send products back before receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, style, or product, please contact us. Depending on availability, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
